【教学目标与要求】
1.能听懂、会说单词:hall, meter/metre ,than, both How tall is it? Maybe 4 meters. That’s the tallest dinosaur in this hall. It’s taller than both of us together .并能在情景中运用。

Step1 : 预习温故(用时6分钟)
读一读,译一译;

1. Let’s try: Listen to the tape and circle

2. PPT出示姚明的图片,提问:
T: Who is he? What’s he like? What does he do?

3.PPT出示恐龙dinosaur (各种恐龙图片)然后定到一只小恐龙上提问:How tall is the dinosaur? How tall is Zhang Peng?

4.教师领读对话并板书下列单词和重点句子:dinosaur , That’s the tallest dinosaur in this hall.
